About

Juisteen’s journey with the piano began long before her first formal lessons. Growing up in a musical household, the piano was a central presence in her life from the very beginning. Her earliest and deepest musical influence was her mother. At a very young age, Juisteen would sit side-by-side with her mother at the keys, learning her very first piece. In those shared moments, a profound, lifelong passion was ignited. Even at that tender age, she knew instantly that the piano was her calling, transforming a childhood fascination into an unyielding devotion to classical performance.

Formative Years & International Stages
That foundational spark led Juisteen to begin her formal musical education at just four years old when she entered the Magnificat Institute in Jerusalem. Studying there from 2005 to 2018, she immersed herself in an exceptional, rigorous environment operating under an official academic partnership with the A. Pedrollo Music Conservatory in Vicenza, Italy. Under the guidance of distinguished instructors, she built a technical foundation defined by disciplined precision and expressive depth.

Juisteen’s public musical achievements began to flourish at the age of 11. Over the following years, she successfully entered the competitive arena and graced local and international stages alike:

Prizes & Competitions: A regular competitor at the Annual Piano Competition of the Magnificat Institute, Juisteen earned top placements, including 1st Prize in 2014, and 1st Prize alongside the prestigious Compagnia di San Giorgio Award in 2016. Following these early competitive successes, Juisteen made a conscious decision to step away from the competition circuit. This choice stems from a deep-seated belief that music is not a sport to be measured by speed, mechanics, or comparison. To her, music is a profound, transcendent art form that exists far beyond the confines of a scoreboard. True artistry is found not in competing, but in the vulnerable, timeless ability to touch the human heart and evoke genuine emotion. Today, she dedicates her energy entirely to pure performance, pedagogical depth, and the authentic expression of the score.

Concerts Abroad: Her artistry has opened doors to international concert stages from a young age. Her early travels included featured solo and ensemble appearances in Bari, Italy (2015), followed by a concert tour spanning Milan, Italy and Lugano, Switzerland (2016). Her international presence has continued to expand with performances in Rättvik, Sweden (2023), as well as consecutive performance engagements as part of the International Summer Masterclass at the prestigious Landesmusikakademie in Ochsenhausen, Germany (2024 and 2025).

Academic Excellence: Continuing her dedication, Juisteen went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Music (B.Mus.) in Piano Performance from the Jerusalem Academy of Music & Dance, where she studied from 2019 to 2023.
